Utilities Services is a recently organized support branch of Facilities Operations. Consisting of a classified staff of 35 professionals with individual skills, Utilities Services provides utilities and services to ensure a comfortable, safe and attractive campus environment for living, learning, and working. The proficient and empowered workforce of Utilities Services maintains, operates, and distributes: campus potable and distilled water, sewer and storm water, chilled water, steam, and high voltage electricity.

It is the mission of Utilities Services to provide our customers with reliable, efficient and environmentally responsible water, steam and electric services through commitment, teamwork and high-quality service.
