Department and agency sales

After completion of paperwork, computers can be tried out for two weeks to ensure they are suitable for the application. Operating software - Questions and answers

Do the computers have windows installed?

The computers do not come with Windows or any other software. We have installed a small portion of DOS so that we can start up the computer and display a diagnostic screen.

Are the computers able to run windows?

The computers should be able to run windows. However, there is no way to guarantee all of the components have drivers for the version of windows you would like to install. Please check the Microsoft website for Windows 95-2000 system hardware requirements or for Windows XP system hardware requirements.

How would I install Windows 98?

Visit Microsoft's website for the latest information on installing Windows 98. Before installing any operating make sure you format the hard drive.

Where could I buy windows?

Local computer stores will carry various versions of the windows operating system. For price comparison information you can visit www.pricewatch.com.
