Maintenance Services
 Maintenance
Services is a team of more than 80 diverse trades persons. The
employees of this department maintain nearly all of the academic,
research and administrative facilities on the Pullman campus--more than
325 buildings with over 7 million square feet of space!
From dealing with mechanical problems such as
heating/air conditioning to life safety issues and general maintenance of
buildings inside and out, Maintenance Services is on call 24-hours a day. During
the average week any number of things can happen. Breakers might trip, toilets
might clog, or automatic door openers might malfunction, but there is always a
mechanic on call.
