WSU Athletic Facilities Schedule

Thanksgiving Break 2009

Most athletic facilities will once again have reduced access over the low-use Thanksgiving Break period in order to minimize energy costs. Interior temperature set-points will generally be left at the 60 degree un-occupied level throughout the break except for staff office areas and scheduled practices and events as listed below.

The Student Recreation Center is offering a special $2 day pass for non-members
from Saturday 11/21 thru Sunday 11/29 (except SRC closed Thurs. 11/26- Friday 11/27)

Bohler Gym

Closed Saturday, November 21 thru Sunday, November 29, except for:

  • Staff office areas open M-W, 7:30 am-5:00 pm

  • Open as required to support scheduled intercollegiate athletic practices and games

  • Locker Rooms as required to support intercollegiate athletic team games and practices
     

 

 

Bohler Gym Addition

Closed Saturday, November 21 thru Sunday, November 29, except for:

  • Staff office areas open M-W, 7:30 am-5:00 pm

  • Varsity weight room will be open as required to support scheduled intercollegiate practices
     

 

 

HB Field House

Closed Saturday, November 21 thru Sunday, November 29, except for:

  • Annex staff office areas open M-W, 7:30 am-5:00 pm

  • Handball/racquetball courts will be open M-W, 11:00am - 1:00pm. only.

  • Main Field House - open M-W, 11:00am - 1:00pm. only (Temp’s will be at 60 deg +/-)

  • Open as required to support scheduled intercollegiate athletic team games and practices
     

 

 

PE Bldg

Closed Saturday, November 21 thru Sunday, November 29, except for:

  • Staff office areas open M-W, 7:30 am-5:00 pm

  • Handball/racquetball courts, Gym 146 and Co-ed Weight room will be open M-W, 11:00am - 1:00pm. only (Temp’s will be at 60 deg +/-)

  • Saunas will be off throughout the break.

  • Locker rooms and towel cage will be open M – W, 10am-2pm (Temp’s will be at 60 deg +/-)

  • Gibb Pool will be open as required for scheduled intercollegiate athletic team practices only.

  • Gyms open as required to support scheduled intercollegiate athletic team practices
     

 

 

Smith Gym

Closed Saturday, November 21 thru Sunday, November 29, except for:

  • Staff office areas open M-W, 7:30 am-5:00 pm

  • Smith Pool will be closed throughout the break.

  • The Faculty/Staff women’s locker room will be open at lunch only M-W, 10:00am – 2:00pm (Temperatures will be at 60 deg +/-)
     

 

 

Beasley Coliseum

Closed Saturday, November 21 thru Sunday, November 29, except for:

  • Staff office areas open M-W, 7:30 am-5:00 pm

  • Concourse open for walkers M-W, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.(Note: Temperatures will be at 60 deg +/-

  • Arena open for scheduled events and practices only.
