- American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy - U.S. nonprofit. Sponsors a large international conference every two years called the "Summer Study on Energy Efficiency in Buildings" (one is coming up in 2000) and recently started another Summer Study on industrial energy efficiency. Publishes reports on technical and policy issues relating to energy efficiency.
- The Association for the Conservation of Energy - UK industry-supported organization that aims to encourage a positive national awareness of the need for and benefits of energy conservation. Site has several reports on these topics.

- Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Network (EREN) - The U.S. Department of Energy's comprehensive resource for energy efficiency and renewable energy information.
- Energy Efficiency Conservation Authority - EECA works to implement New Zealand Government strategies for energy efficiency, conservation and renewable energy in both the private and public sectors.
