Contract Administration

The Contract Administration division of Facilities Operations administer public works contracts ranging in value from $35,000 to $1,000,000 at all WSU locations throughout the state, and manage consulting agreements for architectural and engineering support. The Contract Administration staff processes and formats project specifications and manages reproduction and binding, in addition to preparing the contract. Management of the awarded contract includes processing pay applications for submission to the Controller’s Office, preparing and tracking change proposals and change orders, preparing and filing correspondence, verification of insurance and bond documents provided by the contractor, and communication with the Accounting staff, Construction Coordinators, A&E Project Managers, and the Controller’s Office.
