The Maintenance Operation Center group receives trouble calls and service orders, provides a “base station” for Facilities Operations radio communication network, coordinates off shift maintenance and repair response and provides monitoring support for the campus environmental Central Control and Monitoring System (CCMS).

Emergency response and troubleshooting is performed during hours other than 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Sunday by our staff listed below.
