A&E Services
The
Architectural and Engineering Services group consists of Architects, Interior
Designers, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, CAD drafters and
archiving support. A & E Services is part of the Architectural, Engineering
and Construction division and provides a variety of support services to the
University’s central campus, branch campuses, and satellite facilities
statewide. Below are some of the services we provide state wide.
- Oversee facility and program improvements, renewals, replacements and alterations
- Provide construction program development, estimating, designing, construction documents and construction administration
- Administer Public Works and Small Works Contracts
- Administer JOC Contracts
- Management of Architectural and Engineering Consultants
- Infrastructure master planning and improvement
- Provide Plant engineering and technical support
- Review of major capital projects for compliance with university standards and long term maintenance programs.
- Consultation and support to the University staff as required
