- Abby Johnson-
Construction: "Abby has worked at
FacOps for 11 months. In that short time, she has
proven to be consistent in the quality and quantity of her
work. A customer commented that Abby is "Imaginative,
smart, and her cooperative work ethic are good for the
reputation of Facilities Operations."

- Jim VanderZanden-
Construction: "Jim's quality of work
is astounding. He shows pride in all projects he works
on. Jim seems to go beyond the call of duty.
Keep up the good work Jim."

- Ron Nugen-
Maintenance & Utility Services: "Ron
has done an outstanding job of filling in as the
Electronics/Life Safety Supervisor during Al Shallbetter's
absence. Ron exhibited exemplary leadership and
decision making ability in performing the supervisory duties
and keeping the shops operating efficiently while keeping up
with his regular heavy workload."

- Gary Lusby- Plant Services, Waste Mgmt., and Steam Plant: "Gary
has outstanding knowledge of tree falling. He is able
to fall trees in places where the bucket truck couldn't
access."

- Jason Bedont-
Custodial Services: "Jason,
our custodian, went way above and beyond his duties to
correct the stain situation - it apparently was a ruined
floor wax finish issue of which he redid the floor and
placed sliders under the desk to keep it from harming the
floors. He even went as far as moving the furniture
back in place. We are absolutely amazed at his
efficiency and services."

Rick Ward - Admin Services, A&E Services, Energy, Central Stores,
Receiving & Delivery:
"Rick is a real asset to Facops; he has
worked at the University for a number of years and one of
his many jobs is to take care of all WSU's archive prints
and copies. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and
always shows quality of workmanship. he goes above and
beyond and really cares about the University and his job.
You will often see him with a vacuum cleaner, cleaning the
area the files are kept. Thanks for all your hardwork."
