University manure producers are a varied bunch!  Dairy and beef cows are top producers, but sheep, goats, and exotics, such as the Muledeer also contribute their share. Feedstocks are delivered to the compost yard and stockpiled for use.     The finished compost is screened and stored in curing piles. After curing the product is picked up or delivered to wholesale customers.
